Terms of Service

ToolXTool is provided as a beta product. Features may change, be incomplete, or occasionally be unavailable. Users should not rely on ToolXTool as the sole system of record for safety-critical, legal, financial, or operational obligations during beta.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ToolXTool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Authorised use
ToolXTool is intended for use by trade and construction businesses to manage tools, assets, materials, bookings, and maintenance. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not use ToolXTool to upload, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data or to any part of ToolXTool's infrastructure.
Organisation responsibility
If you create or manage an organisation (workspace) within ToolXTool, you are responsible for all activity within that workspace, including the actions of team members you invite. You are responsible for ensuring that your team uses ToolXTool in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
User responsibility for data
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload to ToolXTool. Do not upload data that you are not authorised to share. During beta, only upload data that is appropriate for a pilot deployment.
Beta limitations
ToolXTool is provided in beta form. The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, continuously available, or that data will never be lost.
We recommend maintaining your own records for any business-critical information you store in ToolXTool during the beta period.
No warranty
ToolXTool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolXTool Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ToolXTool. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ToolXTool at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or are causing harm to other users or to the service.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time. See our Account Deletion page for the process.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of ToolXTool after a terms change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
