Reporting a bug

When emailing about a bug, please include:

  • Email address you use to sign in
  • Organisation or workspace name
  • Page or mobile screen where the issue occurred
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Approximate time of the issue
  • Device and browser (or iOS version if on mobile)
  • Screenshots, if they do not contain sensitive customer data

Security issues

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please do not post it publicly. Email us directly at support@toolxtool.com with "Security" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your report within one business day.
